Do any of the rest of you "discover" your preferences only after you look through your photos? I seem to have a thing about feet and legs, and then cutting off the rest of the body, lol. Maybe it's a result of being vegetarian for so many years?
I haven't done much to this one - a very slight curves adjustment to intensify it a bit, and then a very very dull shift of the greens. The perspective was done by moving the camera - no photoshop rotations here. My father once commented to me that these kind of shots are hard to look at - the perspective does something. I get it - sort of a dizzying effect. I like the way the two people have their toes facing together: there's something about relationship expressed in their pose, but because all you see are their feet, you don't know what about their relationship. The perspective implies the what.
Random note: the brown shoes in the right-hand part of the shot look exactly like mine - and I was working on this photo with absolute conviction that they were my feet. It was only when I was ready to export that I realized they couldn't be mine, because I took the shot!
